The Package lets you hunt multiple option animals on the same package deal.
We’ll put you on one of the best trophies available. However, if unforeseen disasters like extreme weather occur, you can change your first-choice animals with another specimens.
Trophy Trails Outfitters are renowned in the local hunting fraternity for producing top-quality trophy value animals. We know bow hunts aren’t cheap, so you definitely won’t shoot sub-standard animals.
Hunting terrain: The hunting terrain makes walk-and-stalk hunts impossible within the allocated timeframe.
How we hunt: You’ll hunt from a blind, where we use camera traps to determine the trophy quality and habits of these amazing animals. Pop-up blinds are available to assist even further.
Professional Hunting Guides: Our Professional Hunters (PHs) have the experience to point out trophies of a lifetime. Even our dangerous game PHs guide plains game hunts because we love hunting. And we are good at it.
Accommodation: Your accommodation is more than comfortable, with your own bed and bathroom. For couples, a double bed is available. Your room is serviced daily, so you don’t have to make your own bed.
Meals: Meals are full-board. Start your morning with granola, oatmeal, or yogurt, along with coffee or tea. Seasonal fruit is available, and you can take some to the blind. If we stay in the blind until the hunting light fades, brunch will be sandwiches. Otherwise, we’ll have a full-cooked meal at the lodge before returning to the blind. Dinner is always a big affair. We’ll eat what you shoot, so please, let us eat!
Beverages: All soft drinks and bottled water are included and supplied daily. We offer wine, beer, and local hard liquor. For specific brands, we can stop at a liquor store.
Laundry Services: Along with your fully serviced room, we offer a daily laundry service. We’ll wash and iron your laundry and return it the next day.
Hunting Licenses and Permits: We’ll take care of all hunting licenses and permits required for the animals on this package before you arrive. We will let you know if there are any additional costs for licenses or permits.
Trophy Fees: The Design Your Dream Hunt Package covers all costs associated with the hunt. The only additional costs are for extra animals hunted and your personal expenses, such as trinkets.
Taxidermy Services: Your hunt includes delivery of your trophies to our preferred taxidermist. If you choose a different taxidermist, you’ll be responsible for the additional cost of trophy delivery. Follow this link to learn more about our taxidermy process.
Your Safety: Our PHs know where to avoid. Your safety is our priority. Additionally, we carry basic medical kits to handle minor cuts and abrasions. If you need serious medical attention, we’ll take you to the nearest, best-equipped medical facility.

Your safety: Our PHs know where to avoid. Your safety is our priority. Additionally, we carry basic medical kits to handle minor cuts and abrasions. If you need serious medical attention, we’ll take you to the nearest, best-equipped medical facility.
Transportation: Your dedicated PH will transport you in a fully rigged hunting vehicle. These air-conditioned vehicles will surprise you with their capabilities.
Ethical hunting practices: We fully support fair chase principles. Wounded animals: we’ll track it until we find it. If we can’t find it, we’ll let you know when we do.
To secure your Design Your Dream Hunt hunting dates, we require a $500 deposit. You must pay the full outstanding balance upon completing the hunt. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and cash in US dollars or Euros only. Due to local laws, we cannot process other forms of payment. For any side trips, we need full payment 30 days before your hunt starts.
Once we agree on your hunt dates, we’ll send you a written agreement for review. After finalizing the details, we’ll send you an electronic payment advice or you can wire-transfer the deposit to our account. Then we’re ready to go!
